Petitioner Barrister Iqbal Jaffery, who moved the Lahore High Court against appointment of Justice (r) Deedar Hussain as NAB chief, expressed dissatisfaction over Justice Nasir Saleem Sheikh and refused to appear before his court. In the petition, Barrister Iqbal pleaded that Justice Deedar has been appointed against the approval of opposition and Chief Justice of Pakistan, which is against 15 articles of the Constitution. Today, Barrister Iqbal refused to appear before Justice Nasir Saleem to plead his case. Justice Nasir immediately sent the copy of the case to Chief Justice LHC.
