PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif said that the government has gradually lost all the available options. Talking in Dunya News Programme In Session, he said that there was no option left for the government, instead it had to improve itself. He said that President Zardari should beg pardon from both Allah and the nation. He was of the opinion that amalgamation of all the Leagues was being carried out under devilish intent. Responding to a question related to 18th amendment, he said that it was not necessary to blindly support judiciary or government. He further said that he didnt know that Punjab Government was functioning on a stay order. He said that this was mere propaganda that he was evading tax. He said his family had paid tax of 490 million rupees during Year 2008-09 while a total of 6.67 billion rupees was paid as tax during the last 8 years. Nawaz Sharif said that his doors were open for the PM and the President to hold talks but it was the time for the government to take solid steps. Talking to Dunya News, Marvi Memon said that Pakistan Muslim League will side with democracy. She said that no party will become part of any conspiracy against the democratic system. Talking ti Dunya News, PPPs Fauzia Wahab said that the government was working properly and difference between PPP and PML-N can be resolved through talks. She said that watan cards were distributed jointly by PM Gilani and Shahbaz Sharif which shows that they want to strengthen democracy. Meanwhile, the US envoy to Pakistan N.W. Patterson called on Nawaz Sharif. In the meeting, Nawaz Sharif strongly condemned the NATO attacks inside Pakistan. Nawaz Sharif demanded that US should review its policies keeping in view the sacrifices rendered by Pakistan in the war against terrorism. He also said that violation of our sovereignty would not be tolerated. He said that anti-Americanism was fueling in Pakistan due to drone attacks. He thanked the US for its rescue and relief efforts for the flood affected people of Pakistan. The US Envoy reiterated her countrys commitment to rehabilitate the recent deluge-stricken people of the country.
