NAWABSHAH (Dunya News) – A driver and cleaner were scorched to death as oil tanker caught fire near Daulatpur bypass today (Tuesday).
According to details, a fire suddenly broke out in tanker en route to Karachi from Punjab, killing its driver and cleaner.
The rescue officials stated that the blaze erupted after tanker turned turtle. The incident badly disrupted flow of traffic while the fire tenders doused the flames after arriving at the spot.

Earlier, at least 17 people died and more than 20 were injured when a tanker carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) crashed into a car and the gas leakage fuelled an inferno engulfing the vehicle and nearby buildings near Sheikhupura.
Two other school rickshaws at the scene of accident also caught fire that also left some schoolchildren wounded.
According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred when the driver of the tanker lost control while overtaking a vehicle near a u-turn.
