RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday has summoned former interior minister Rehman Malik to record his statement in Benazir Bhutto murder case on February 8.
The hearing of the case was conducted by Judge Roy Ayub Marth.
During the hearing, FIA requested to present Rehman Malik before the court as a witness in the case.
The court while accepting the request issued formal summons in this regard.
The court has called upon Rehman Malik and Senior Superintendant Police (SSP) Waqar Chauhan for recording statement.
