Summary Schools, colleges to be issued arms licences, pvt security agencies will be used
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Education Directorate ordered on Friday to make immediate security arrangements for educational institutions after Dunya News reported on poor security of educational institutions.
According to the notification of Director General (DG) Education Directorate, all educational institutions will be issued 2-3 arms licences. The notification orders to elevate outer walls of all educational institutions and to put barbed wires on them. It also orders to install CCTV cameras and to build emergency exit in educational institutions.
The DG federal education directorate said that it has been decided to build watch towers, use trained staff and to use private security agencies for protection.
