PIA sends Ishaq Dar's passport to Islamabad on Rs. 20,000 taxi
Finance Minister forgot his passport in Lahore after return from Beijing, PIA sent it to him on taxi
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan International Airline (PIA) had to send a taxi worth Rs. 20,000 to Islamabad from Lahore on Friday as Finance Minister Ishaq Dar forgot his passport here before leaving for Islamabad. PIA had to send his passport to Islamabad in a taxi therefore, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Dar had arrived in Lahore upon his return from Beijing as PIA had to divert its flight from Islamabad to Lahore due to fog. Finance Minister had to go to Islamabad in a car and forgot his passport at Lahore Airport in haste. Realizing that he had forgotten his passport in Lahore, Ishaq Dar ordered the national airline to deliver him his passport the next morning.
PIA had to hire a taxi for Rs. 20,000 especially for delivering Dar’s passport in Islamabad.
