The Supreme Court disqualified Balochistans Labor and Manpower Minister Molvi Mohammad Sarwar on the basis of his educational documents lacking authenticity.The apex court has also directed the authorities to conduct bye-polls in constituency of PB-15. Sarwars electoral eligibility was challenged by his rival candidate Sardar Ismatullah. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) told the court that the certificate of the minister from the seminary was not equal to a graduation degree. The apex court ruled that Molvi Mohammad Sarwar did not have the required educational qualification to take part in February 18, 2008 General Elections.
