Summary NAB challenged the acquittal of Zardari from SGS-Cotecna, ARY Gold and Ursus Tractors cases in IHC
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court approved petitions against Pakistan People’s Party’s Asif Ali Zardari’s acquittal from different cases, reported Dunya News.
According to details, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) challenged the acquittal of Zardari in SGS-Cotecna, ARY Gold and Ursus Tractors cases in Islamabad High Court. The court has approved the petition for hearing. Court’s two-member bench consisting of Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi and Justice Amir Farooq will hear the petitions against the verdicts of accountability court in the cases against Asif Ali Zardari on January 18.
