KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Karachi’s sewerage lines have now started to explode as well after overflowing. One such line on Thursday exploded in North Nazimabad and injured 3 people, reported Dunya News.
A large explosion was heard near Rangers’ checkpoint in North Nazimabad. A car and a rickshaw were partially damaged by the explosion and injured 3 people. Heavy deployments of police and Rangers arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. Bomb disposal squad was also summoned.
According to SSP Central Muqaddas Haider, the explosion took place due to gases filled in the gutter line.
