ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Adel Bin Ahmed al-Jubeir will arrive in Islamabad today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
During his stay in Pakistan, Saudi Foreign Minister will hold meeting with Pakistani leadership and discuss regional and international issues. Bilateral relations between the two countries will also come under discussion.
Saudi FM will also consult Pakistan’s leadership over joining the anti-terrorism alliance. Saudi Arabia recently announced the formation of the 34-state Islamic military coalition to combat terrorism.
Saudi Foreign Minister was scheduled to visit Pakistan on January 3 on a two-day official visit, however the visit was postponed after an Iranian mob attacked the Saudi embassy in Tehran to protest the execution of a prominent Shiite cleric.
