Summary
Unidentified armed persons firing on Thursday in Gulberg area of Lahore injured the daughter and son-in-law of Justice Asad Munir of Lahore High Courts Rawalpindi Bench. According to initial reports, the couple was shopping in Gulberg Market when unidentified persons attacked them, leaving them injured. Both were shifted to nearby hospital. Motives behind the attack are yet to be known. Justice Asad Munir is an active judge of LHC and he was included in the 32 judges whose term was extended by the CJP.
