Bus-truck collision leaves eight dead, 15 injured in Lasbela
Over speeding and careless driving of passenger bus' driver became the cause of accident.
LASBELA (Dunya News) – At least eight people were killed while 15 others sustained severe wounds during a road mishap in Lasbela district today (Thursday).
The incident took place when an over speeding passenger bus en route to Karachi rammed into a truck coming from opposite side in Bela and killed eight people on the spot and injured 15 others.
Levies and police personnel arrived at the scene and took the victims to the civil hospital Karachi for medical assistance while the dead bodies of as many as seven people were shifted to Edhi morgue.
According to police, over speeding and careless driving of passenger bus’ driver became the cause of accident however, an investigation has been launched into the matter.
