Lahore: 972nd Urs of Data Ganj Bakhsh starts today
The three-day Urs of Hazrat Ali Hajveri (RA) popularly known as Data Ganj Bakhsh will start today.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The three-day Urs ceremonies of 10th century saint Hazrat Ali bin Usman Sheikh Ali Hajveri (RA), commonly known as Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA), will start today (Tuesday) in Lahore with enthusiasm and fervor.
The Urs ceremonies will start at 10am with inauguration of milk sabeel. Thousands of devotees from all around the country have reached Lahore to attend the three-day Urs celebrations.
Walkthrough gates and CCTV cameras have been installed for the safety of the devotees while more than 2,000 police personnel will to maintain law and order situation during Urs celebrations.
