Islamabad natives demand roads construction ahead of LB polls

Summary Locals said that they would only cast vote if the candidates vowed to repair roads.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The residents of Islamabad are only demanding reconstruction of roads as a condition of casting votes in upcoming local bodies elections.

The enraged natives of Bani Gala stated that several prominent leaders including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan are living here but none has focused on constructing roads.

Locals said that they would only cast vote if the candidates vowed to do better for the infrastructure in the metropolis.

The polling for the local government elections in Islamabad Capital Territory will be held on the 30th of the next month while results will be declared on the 3rd of December.
