Summary
At least 22 people including former member of National Assembly Maulana Noor Mohammed were killed while 38 others injured in an explosion at Wana Bazaar, South Waziristan on Monday. The blast was so loud that it was heard far and wide, however, nature of the blast has not been known as yet. Sources said that around 100 people were present on the blast site. Law enforcement agencies threw cordon around the area. Rescue teams rushed the site and started shifting the injured to nearby hospitals.
