Summary Justice Asif Saeed heard the plea of Khuda-e-Noor who killed his daughter in 2014

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) ordered on Wednesday the hearing of an houner killing case in public court instead of anti-terrorism court. Justice Asif Saeed heard the appeal filed by Khuda-e-Noor who killed his daughter in 2014, reported Dunya News.

Khuda-e-Noor, the resident of Nasirabad area of Balochistan, had appealed in SC to shift his case from Anti-Terrorism court to the public court, to which the three-member committee of SC gave its approval. The court stated that every case of hounor killing do not come under the definition of terrorism. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa commented that if they agree to High Court’s statement then everyone will take law in his hands. He said that every murder has a result but it’s not necessary that every murder spread terror.

This case was transferred to ATC by the orders of session court and later high court had also approved to the session court’s order.
