The Chief Justice Chaudhry urged that the prime minister is the chief executive and his role in the process of judges' appointments cannot be restricted.Justice Asif Syed Khosa asked question to the Additional Attorney-General (AAG) regarding the responsibility of the Prime Minister if the Parliamentary Committee was to appoint judges to the apex court.
