Summary NEPRA approved Hubco's application for coal power generation license, company to set up plant in Hub
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Hubco will be setting up a coal power plant in Hub that will generate 1320 mega watts of electricity. National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Tuesday approved Hubco’s request for coal power generation license, reported Dunya News.
According to details, NEPRA has approved Hubco’s application for coal power generation license and the company will now set up a power plant generating 1320 MW with coal. The project will cost Rs. 1.80 billion and the company will get loan worth Rs. 1.35 billion for the project.
