Rana Tanveer rejects accident report of former Air Chiefs aircraft

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer said on Tuesday that there was no fault in the aircraft of former Air Chief Mushaf Ali Mir. It was found out during a high level inquiry that the accident of the aircraft took place due to unfavourable weather conditions, he said.
The Federal Minister criticized the report of Director General (DG) Audit wondering what an auditor of regulations has to do with technical issues. Rana Tanveer said that DG Audit had spoken out of line in the matter adding that institutions concentrate on the work of others more than their own work.
Rana Tanveer Hussain said that air craft was perfectly fine and there wasn’t any technical problem with it.
