Summary Pakistan's security situation is getting better in terms of economic activity: General Raheel
LONDON (Dunya News) – Army Chief General Raheel Sharif said on Friday that violations of Line of Control (LoC) and indirect activities against Pakistan are harming the peace of the region. He said that the international community should help to resolve the Kashmir issue, reported Dunya News.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Raheel Sharif met with Interior Minister of Britain. He called for more effort from Britain to curb the international financing of terrorists. He said that Britain should play its role in stopping cooperation and coordination of terrorists.
Addressing Royal Institute of Sciences, Army Chief said that full efforts are underway to restore the security in the region. He said that Pakistan s security situation is getting better in terms of economic activity adding that Pakistan would continue efforts for sustainable peace in Afghanistan.
General Raheel said that Kashmir is a non-completed agenda and the international community should pitch in to help resolve the issue.
