Saudi envoy calls on Qureshi

Saudi Envoy to Pakistan called on Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on special instructions by King Abdullah on Saturday. During the meeting, the envoy assured Qureshi of all out support and assistance to cope up with the aftermath of floods. He told the FM that soon a Saudi delegation would visit the flood-hit areas to assess the losses incurred by the natural catastrophe to send sufficient aid to Pakistan. He, however, added that a ship carrying relief aid from Saudi Arabia would reach Pakistan daily. On the occasion, FM Qureshi hailed the sustained cooperation of Suadi government in this hour of need.
