Summary ATC judge Roy Ayub Marth heard the case in Rawalpindi.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – During hearing of the Benazir Bhutto murder case, statements of the complainant and investigation officer Kashif Riaz were recorded today (Monday).

ATC judge Roy Ayub Marth resumed the case hearing in Rawalpindi.

Police also presented DNA report of suicide attacker, his upper jacket, shoe, bullet shells and other evidence recovered from the attack site.

Telephonic record between suicide bomber and four other arrested suspects was also presented in the court.

Subsequently, the case hearing was adjourned till October 1. Statement of Mark Seigel will be recorded in the next hearing. 

Benazir Bhutto, twice elected Prime Minister of Pakistan, was assassinated in a gun and bomb attack while leaving a public rally in Rawalpindi on December 27, 2007.
