Summary Abbasi recruited two persons but there is no record of employment
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Prosecutor General on Monday has said that there are corruption evidences against former education director Wahab Riaz during hearing of case regarding irregularities in education department.
The Prosecutor General said that bogus entries have been made in Musarat Jahan’s date of birth, name and other key documents. The court annulled Abbasi’s bail upon which he exploded and said that each person present in the court room is corrupt.
He said that the court has cancelled bail without hearing his stance in the matter. However, he was heard after a break.
In his remarks, Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani said that there are countless corruption cases. Prosecutor General said that Abbasi recruited two persons named Musarat Jahan and Khudabakhsh but there is no record of employment. Documents show both the persons receiving salaries from 1993 to 2013, he added.
After the stated employees’ tenures expired, retirement lump sums of Rs 22 lac and Rs 21 lac were transferred to a headmaster named Heera Laal.
