Al-Qaeda's 'financer' Sheeba apprehended in Karachi
SSP said the arrested terrorist also visited India at one point
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Karachi police have achieved a major success as key Al-Qaeda operative Sheeba who handled finances was apprehended on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, police were met with major success as one of the key Al-Qaeda operatives has been arrested.
Reportedly, Sheeba worked as chemical retailer and used to fund and aid the Safoora Chowrangi culprits.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Naveed Khawaja said that the suspect also colluded with and financially supported the terrorists involved in Safoora Chowrangi attack. He said the arrested terrorists also visited India at one point.
