Summary Faisalabad ATC accepted JUI-F leader's bail plea, ordered to submit bonds worth Rs. 100,000
FAISALABAD: (Dunya News) – A Faisalabad Anti-Terror Court (ATC) has on Tuesday accepted Jamiat Ulema Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) leader, and former provincial minister, Mufti Kafayatullah’s bail plea and has ordered him to submit bonds worth Rs. 100,000, reported Dunya News.
Mufti Kafayatullah had been arrested last week for allegedly delivering a provocative speech in Chiniot. The case against Mufti had been registered in Faisalabad’s CTD Police Station after which he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
Today, a bail plea was filed by Mufti Kafayatullah before the ATC, accepting which the ATC ordered release of Mufti and ordered him to submit bonds worth Rs. 100,000.
