KARACHI (Dunya News) – Lawyers on Saturday observed strike at City Court in Karachi against filing terrorism case.
The lawyers locked all the gates of City Court and left the scene. Developments in hundreds of cases have been postponed as prisoners were sent back to the jail due to the act.
The protesting counsels said that the judge registered a terrorism case against their colleague despite settlement and demanded early withdrawal of case.
Moreover, the lawyers have announced to strike in Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday.
