ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday has issued arrest warrant of former president Pervez Musharraf in judges detention case.
The court has ordered authorities to present him before court on October 1.
The former president had requested court to grant him excuse from attendance due to illness. However, the court favoured prosecution’s opposition of the act.
Authorities concerned have been ordered to arrest Musharraf and present him on October 1.
The court further said that former president’s plea does not have a medical report attached along.
