Islamabad: Doctors celebrate after successful negotiations
Finance Minister assured the doctors that the health risk allowance will be issued within seven days
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Doctors protest in Islamabad ended successfully after 3 days in the aftermath of negotiations with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Thursday. Doctors were seen celebrating at their victory, reported Dunya News.
Doctors and paramedics strike continued for the third day for the restoration of health risk allowance. Negotiations concluded on the evening of third day as Ishaq Dar met with Joint Action Committee.
Finance Minister assured the doctors that the health risk allowance will be issued within seven days. On successful negotiations, doctors indulged in bhangra and announced to finish the sit-in.
