MULTAN: (Dunya News) – Nishtar Hospital students on Sunday opened fire injuring a senior doctor. The senior doctor occupied a hostel room and the real allottees of the room opened fire to injure him. Police started proceedings against the students that opened fire, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, Dr. Farhan of Dialysis Unit of Nishtar Hospital had occupied a room allotted to students after which MBBS student Anwaar and BDS student Muzammil told Dr. Farhan to vacate the room but Dr. Farhan refused to do so.
Enraged, the students opened fire at the doctor present in the Iqbal Hall. Farhan has been admitted to the hospital in critical condition where he is being treated.
