Shahbaz fixes 20kg flour price at Rs 425 in Ramazan

Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif has announced Ramazan package and fixed the price of 20kg bag of flour at Rs 425 and Rs 400 in Ramazan Bazaars. Chairing a high-level meeting in CM House, Shahbaz Sharif said that people will get 10kg bag of flour in Rs200. He said that 1,100 price control magistrates would be deployed to monitor the provision of commodities to the people at subsidized rates. He said 500 Sasti Roti Dastar Khawan would be set up for the poor to have Sehri and Aftari during the holy month. He said that the chief secretary will talk to sugar mill owners to provide sugar at affordable rates. He said that everybody has right to get appropriate profit but not at the expense of the poor. He announced Rs 50,000 for the family of the deceased killed by robbers in Gujranwala.
