Summary Officials are accused of at least Rs 1 billion embezzlement in Lyari Development Project
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh chapter of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Saturday has initiated investigations against at least 283 government officials on allegations of graft and embezzlement of public funds.
Sources said that officials are accused of at least Rs 1 billion embezzlement in Lyari Development Project and Rs 5 billion in Sindh Building Authority.
The officials are also accused of misuse of power in distribution of scholarships besides embezzlement in development funds and Sindh University funds.
