Summary Judicial Investigation Team (JIT) has begun its inquiry regarding the scandal
KASUR (Dunya News) – Kasur scandal case took an unexpected turn when some of the victims who had filed the case were identified as perpetrators as well in the case. Police detained the persons upon receiving video evidence, reported Dunya News.
In a bizarre turn of events, some ‘victims’ had lodged complaints in Kasur scandal case and on not receiving justice had threatened to start a long march. On the other hand some of the people who had lodged complaints have been implicated in the case as well. Police has arrested two complainants after their videos came to surface.
Judicial Investigation Team (JIT) has begun its inquiry regarding the scandal. Statements of former Nazims of the area have also been recorded. The people who have been resorting to provoke people into protesting, however, have not been arrested.
