A six member Indian delegation has reached Lahore for the negotiations on water issue. The chairperson of the delegation Sindh Tas Commissioner Oranga Jay Naathan said that the conflict of Kishanganga hydropower project has come out of the commission and is within the governments now.Talking to media at Lahore airport, Oranga Jay Naathan said that only government will decide upon the implementation of unbiased plan of Kishanganga hydropower plant. Answering a question, he said that the matter of Nimoo-Bazgo power plant will not be brought under discussion.
