Summary Altaf Hussain has been declared absconder according to section 512
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti Terror Court (ATC) issued non-bailable warrants against Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday over his rant against Rangers, reported Dunya News.
ATC has directed police to produce Altaf Hussain before court on August 20.
MQM chief Altaf Hussain was booked after his rant against Colonel Tahir Mehmood in which the former threatened to ‘murder’ the Rangers’ officer in Civil Lines police station.
Altaf Hussain has been declared fugitive according to Section 512 as per the challan submitted by investigative officer past week.
It is pertinent to mention here that more than 100 cases have been registered against Altaf Hussain all over the country after his hate speech and inflammatory statements against Pakistan Army.
