Summary Periodic showers were seen in Islamabad with strong winds.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Heavy showers continue in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Tuesday. Further rainfall has been predicted in the whole country.
Earlier, the weather became pleasant in various after the rainfall on the 3rd day of Eid. However, heavy downpours have inundates several localities. Further rains have been predicted by the weather department in various cities of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Balochistan in the next two days. Monsoon rainfall is also expected to begin in Sindh from Wednesday.
According to the details, periodic showers were seen in Islamabad with strong winds. The sky opened up in Rawalpindi as well. Light periodic showers were seen in Lahore as well which subdued the ongoing heat wave. Citizens also breathed a sigh of relief as the weather turned pleasant.
Sialkot, Narowal, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Rahim Yar Khan also experienced heavy showers whereas Bagh, Tank, Sob, Khazdar also experienced heavy rainfall.
