Summary court has directed SSP to present the accused before court on July 22.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi has issued non-bailable warrant for former Senior House Officer (SHO) Sohrab Goth over his absence in court, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
As per details, the hearing of the case was conducted at ATC Karachi during which, absence of witness inspector Ismail Lashari outraged the judge and ordered to arrest former SHO in weapons possession case.
Subsequently, court has directed Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to present the accused before court on July 22.
