Summary Cases of 5 suspects of Safoora Chowrangi incident are being heard in Anti Terrorism Court
KARACHI (Dunya News) – 2 culprits of Safoora Chowrangi including Saad Aziz and Tahir Hussain have been identified as perpetrators by 5 eyewitnesses in court, reported Dunya News.
Both culprits were produced in front of magistrate Malir Ghulam Mustafa amidst tight security. Both culprits were made to stand in front of 10 witnesses. 5 injured person from Safoora tragedy including 2 women, 2 men and a teenage girl identified the culprits.
The witnesses told the court that the culprits along with other accomplices opened indiscriminate fire on the bus on May 13, killing 45 people. The culprits Saad Aziz and Tahir Hussain were taken back into custody after police lineup in tight security.
It is pertinent to mention here that cases of 5 suspects of Safoora Chowrangi incident are being heard in Anti Terrorism Court and all of the suspects are under physical remands.
