State's witness records statement in Akbar Bugti murder case
The court has adjourned the hearing till August 13 for more case investigation.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday has recorded the statement of state’s witness in Akbar Bugti case, Dunya News reported.
According to the details, Justice Aftab Ahmed heard the case in the courtroom number 1 at ATC which was attended by former federal minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao, Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Akhtar Shah and Sohail Rajput from Bugti side.
During the hearing, state’s witness Raja Abdul Aziz recorded his statement for the first time along with the glasses, watch, wallet, comb and Rs 14,835 of Nawab Akbar Bugti as evidence that led arguments in the court.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing till August 13 for more case investigation.
