SHC orders Axact directors to get security clearance again
The court said that to get security clearance is crucial after directors' transfers
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday has passed verdict in the Axact security clearance case ordering directors of the company to get security clearance again.
The court said that to get security clearance is crucial after directors’ transfers.
However, the SHC upheld the order regarding security clearance of Axact chief executive officer (CEO) Shoaib Sheikh and other directors. Earlier, in 2013, Labbaik Tv had bracketed Sheikh, Waqas Atiq, Ayesha Sheikh and other directors.
The SHC annulled previous order of barring the directors from getting clearance.
