LAHORE (Dunya News) – The hearing of the case regarding cancellation of registration of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) was not held due to absence of Lahore High Court s (LHC s)  judge, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.

The petition was filed by PTI s Punjab s Lawyers  Wing senior Vice President Gohar Nawaz Sindhu.

The petitioner adopted the stance that all the three parties do not conduct intra-party elections on merit which is violation of election rules whereas no legal status of their registration remains after failure to conduct polls on merit therefore; it should be annulled.
