Federal Law Minister Babar Awan termed General Ziauddin Butt as biggest suicide bomber who ripped through the democratic system, saying that he was the reason behind Musharrafs martil law. Talking to journalists in Islamabad on Thursday, Babar said that democracy remained lost in the darkness for the last 9 years due to General Butt. He stated that the government wanted to know that why General Butt was made the Chairman of Punjab Task Force. Babar deplored that what comes off a system in which a proclaimed offender is made prosecution in-charge.
