ATC orders to present state witnesses in Bugti murder case on July 8
Subsequently, the hearing of the case was adjourned till July 8.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Quetta has directed to present state witnesses in Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
Justice Aftab Ahmad heard the case during which the former federal Interior Minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao argued over the statements of Nawab Jamil Bugti’s counsel, on which lawyer Sohail Rajput lashed out at him and alleged him and former president Pervez Musharraf of not presenting the suspects in the court.
ATC allowed one-day exemption from appearing in court to Aftab Ahmad Sherpao.
Subsequently, the hearing of the case was adjourned till July 8.
