SC orders Law Ministry to resend NRO summary to PM

The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday has directed the Law Ministry to resend the summary of implementation of NRO verdict to the Prime Minister. Hearing a case about implementation of NRO verdict, the SC has ordered the Law Ministry to resend a summary to the Prime Minister. The court said law secretary will be summon in the court if the summary is not sent to the PM. The court adjourned the hearing till July 12. Earlier, Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk heard the case of appointment and promotion of Ahmad Riaz Sheikh in FIA. Prime Minister secretariat presented another report about the issue. However, no one named in the report. On apex courts query, the Additional Attorney General apparently held the selection board responsible in the new report. The court adjourned the hearing till Monday.
