Summary Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says PM decided not to pass on entire burden to masses

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Petrol prices are going to rise by Rs. 3.50 from tonight. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has on Sunday said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has decided not to pass on the entire burden to the masses and therefore, government will be providing 6-rupee subsidy on the petroleum products. New prices will be implemented tonight, reported Dunya News.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Ishaq Dar told that the new price of light diesel will be Rs. 61.67 and that of kerosene will be Rs. 64.94. High octane price will be Rs. 83.81 while high speed diesel will now be available for 87.12 rupees per liter.
