Summary CM Abdul Malik demanded the increase of development budget during the meeting
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has assured Chief Minister (CM) Baluchistan that the affectees of Mirani dam will be compensated soon, reported Dunya News.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar met with CM Baluchistan Doctor Abdul Malik and discussed provincial monetary matters, increase in development budget and compensation of affectees of Mirani dam.
Ishaq Dar assured CM Baluchistan that the dues of affectees of Mirani dam, which are being demanded for the past 8 years, will be paid soon.
CM Abdul Malik demanded the increase of development budget of the province on the occasion.
Ishaq Dar said on the occasion that government is giving top priority to construction developmental projects in provinces adding that it is up to the discretion of Ministry of Planning and Development and National Economic Council to take the final decision.
