Peshawar: ATD arrests two for distributing Daesh pamphlets

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Anti-Terrorism Department (ATD) on Friday has arrested as many as two militants for distributing banned outfit Daesh’s pamphlets in Nothia Bazaar.

According to the sources, Ghulam Muhammad and Laal Muhammad were distributing pamphlets in the market. The militants were caught red handed by the ATD personnel. The ATD officials seized Daesh pamphlets from their possession.

The pamphlets were bearing messages in Farsi and Pashto languages. Cases have been registered against the two under the Terrorism Act 1997.

The ATD has shifted both the extremists to undisclosed location for interrogation.
