Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that hurdles were created in way of NFC Awards implementation and bureaucracy fraudulently got signature of President Zardari on the draft deleting the clause related to GST collection in which provinces were given rights to collect it. Addressing Sindh Assemblys budget session, Shah said that it was tried to sabotage NFC Award before agreement. Summary for NFC Awards approval was not sent to the President for three months. He said that provinces after long discussions got rights to collect GST but bureaucracy deprived them of it.
