Summary SHC had directed SSP Maleer to abolish the illegal possession of seven acre land.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday has issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malir Rao Anwar on failing to appear before the court, Dunya News reported.
According to details, SHC had directed SSP Maleer to abolish the illegal possession of seven acre land but he neither ended the possession nor reported in this regard.
On this act of SSP Rao Anwar, the court issued his non-bailable arrest warrant and also ordered IG Sindh to detain him and present before the court on next hearing.
