KARACHI (Dunya News) – The deployment of Rangers and Sindh Police personnel on Wednesday has been started at the polling stations for the NA-246 by-election. The polling stations have been declared sensitive places.
According to the details, polling stations have been formed in at least 55 different building. The security personnel will be deployed inside as well as outside of the stations.
The Karachi commissioner has called a meeting of the candidates and the administrative authorities for the by-election in the National Assembly (NA) constituency. The meeting will review the security situation and following of electoral code.
However, the deployment of the security personnel will be completed until the evening today.
