Summary Chairman PCB further said that Zimbabwe tour’s to Pakistan is vital

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shehreyar Khan said on Monday that Najam Sethi will become the president of International Cricket Council (ICC) in June, reported Dunya News.

Chairman PCB said that Najam Sethi will take oath as ICC President and upon completion of his duration, any former test cricketer can assume his position.

Talking to media, the Chairman expressed his disappointment over the recent series loss to Bangladesh. He said that notice had been taken over poor fitness of the players.

Shehreyar Khan said that Australian Army cricket team will visit the country in the next week adding that their arrival will open the door for return of international cricket.

Chairman PCB further said that Zimbabwe tour’s to Pakistan is vital, adding that the Zimbabwean team will visit Pakistan in May.

Shehreyar Khan said PCB is willing to send its team to India and is awaiting response from Indian Board, who in return are awaiting permission from the newly elected government.
